Switching from British to American English Membership? Here’s How to Do It Yourself:

🚨 BIG NEWS! After years of development, we’re thrilled to announce that Crystal Clear ESL is now available in American English! 🇺🇸✨

That’s right — our entire curriculum of nearly 800 sequential, gamified lessons has been carefully adapted from British to American English. This long-requested upgrade is finally here, thanks to incredible demand from teachers and language centres around the world.

If you’re currently a British English member and would prefer to switch over to American English, you can do it yourself in just a couple of steps — no need to email us (unless you get stuck!).

✅ Step 1: Cancel Your Existing British English Membership

Before starting a new plan, you’ll need to cancel your current British English membership to avoid duplicate billing.

There are two easy ways to do this:

Via your billing portal (fastest):

Via your teacher portal:
Log into your teacher dashboard, head to Settings > Billing, and cancel there:

✅ Step 2: Activate Your New American English Membership

Now it’s time to join the American English membership and explore the new content!

💡You’ve got two options here:

Use the free trial that comes with the AE membership in place of your remaining BE days.

Or, wait until within 1 week before your current BE renewal date, then switch to avoid losing access early.
