Make preparing for and teaching your online students
Crystal Clear.
A curriculum you can trust, created by a professional ESL teacher just like you! Crystal draws from over 18 years’ live and online ESL teaching experience, including two years teaching preschool and primary students in Japan.
In addition to over 10,000 classes taught in ESL, Crystal is also a QTS certified English teacher in the United Kingdom and English Language specialist. Crystal loves supporting colleagues in their journeys to independent teaching.
Crystal is passionate about creating quality incremental lessons in consultation with the teachers who use them. Please get in touch with feedback and requests, and thanks for being a Crystal Clear teacher!
Finally, a fully-interactive, professionally designed English language curriculum purpose built for freelance online educators! Our grab-and-go lesson plans minimise your prep time and maximise your income, allowing you to deliver beautiful, content-rich, high-quality lessons to your students and market a product you can rely on and be proud of.
Crystal Clear ESL lessons are carefully assembled to cover every milestone of English language acquisition, from complete beginner through to fluent user of English, all in a fun, interactive and memorable manner. We segment the material into manageable units of study, with plenty of built-in interaction, repetition and gamifications to ensure no student is left behind.
Anyone can create a lesson, but sequential, language curriculum? Leave that to the professionals! I not only hold an undergraduate degree in English, but am also a qualified secondary school teacher (QTS) specialising in English Language studies. I have taught over 10,000 students to date, including in public and private classrooms in Japan, and 3,000 (and counting) online classes. I continue to use, test and improve the materials on a daily basis and appreciate all feedback about typos.

Crystal Clear ESL is not an academy, and does not contract teachers.
With an individual membership, teachers gain a single, independent freelance license to teach our resources wherever they choose, to as many students as they like within their membership period. Licenses are non-transferrable and linked to a single IP address. Teachers contracting to marketplaces, such as Outschool, iTalki and AllSchool, are permitted to teach ‘live’ classes with our materials; recorded copies of lessons are not permitted for resale or distribution under any circumstances.
We can often offer bespoke, discounted memberships to academies. If you require more than a single teaching license, please get in touch for your tailored membership: info@esl-curriculum.com
Before we launch our AMAZING student portal, members are permitted to screenshot the Learning Objectives page and share this, together with the downloadable homework booklets we offer, with their students. To preserve the great interactive functionality of our lessons and prevent their circulation outside copyright, Crystal Clear ESL lessons are not downloadable.
Crystal Clear ESL lessons are best taught over co-browsing software. Screenshare delivery of our lessons is another great option, though student interaction will be limited depending on the software chosen. For tutorials and tips on effective teaching over your choice of virtual classroom, visit our Resources page.
Your full independent, commercial license is included with your membership! It is that easy! One license allows a single teacher to deliver as many lessons as they choose to as many students as they like within their membership period. Run an academy? – get in touch for discounts on bespoke, discounted multi-teacher licenses.
There is no commitment! Make changes to or cancel your membership at any time, ensuring you do so seven days before your payment date to make sure the automatic billing system has sufficient time to amend or deactivate your next payment. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not provide refunds.
You can cancel your membership from your profile dashboard or by sending a cancellation email to: info@esl-curriculum.com
How to cancel your membership from your dashboard:
– Log in to your Crystal Clear profile dashboard
– Click Order History
– View Active Subscriptions
– Click Cancel Subscription
To prevent fraud, Stripe does not allow vendors to make changes to teachers’ subscription prices. If you would like to up- or downgrade your subscription, you will need to cancel your original subscription and resubscribe for the more appropriate bundle.
Because of the incremental learning provided within the core curriculum, it is difficult to precisely pinpoint a unit or lesson number at which your students will progress from one band to the next. We suggest the following alignments:
pre-A1, Cambridge Starters: Levels One and Two
A1, Cambridge Movers: Levels Three and Four
A2, Cambridge Flyers: Levels Four and Five (suitable for kids, teens and adults from Level Four+)
B1: Levels Five and Six
B1+: Business English, Speak Like a Native, IELTS Made Simple and Getting it Write!
B2: Levels Six and Seven
C1: Levels Seven and Eight
You may screenshot up to 10 images from the Crystal Clear website to share examples of the curriculum with your parents and clients or add to your website, as long as each image contains the Crystal Clear ESL logo.
