If you’re an existing member with an active membership (or memberships!), we’ll add the pre-paid credits from your individual memberships to your annual pass – pop us an email to ensure these credits are manually rolled over.

Your standalone Crystal Clear memberships will be cancelled. If you’re still unsure how the annual membership promo will affect you, please don’t hesitate to send us a message.

The annual membership will give you a new free trial of 7 days, even as a returning member. Refunds after this period are not permitted, as is typical of digital memberships and noted within our site Terms and Conditions.

Please request your refund by email: info@esl-curriculum and allow up to 10 business days for the refund to clear to your bank. You will be charged in full for the year at checkout, and no further refunds will be offered after the initial trial period.

Your annual membership will auto-renew after the twelve-month period, at regular retail price: $279.99 (20% individual RRP) for the core curriculum, and $99.99 (17% RRP) for the phonics MEGA bundle. Renewals do not include any extension of Black Friday bonuses.

If you don’t want to renew your annual membership in 2025, just send us a cancellation email (info@esl-curriculum.com) at least 7 days prior to your renewal date or cancel your annual pass from your Crystal Clear client portal.

You can also join one of our monthly memberships at the standard membership prices, after you cancel your annual pass renewal.

Your curriculum access will commence on the day of signing up and run for 12 calendar months from the date of joining.
