🤔 How much does the discounted annual membership cost?
The discounted annual membership costs only $199.99 for 12 months of access to Crystal Clear’s core curriculum materials. This works out to just over $16 per month for access to 744 pre-planned ESL materials. Full retail price for the same materials usually costs $311.64, so that’s an impressive 37% saving!

🤔 How long is the offer valid for?
The Black Friday sale on our annual core curriculum membership is valid from Monday, 20 November – Sunday, 26 November 2023.

🤔 What is the Early Bird offer?
I’m glad you asked! If you sign up for the discounted annual membership between 20 – 23 November, we’ll add a BONUS annual Customisable Games membership (valued at $48!) to your lesson library absolutely FREE! The Customisable Games membership gives you access to 30+ customisable game templates that you can adapt to (almost) any learning outcome!

🤔 What materials does the discounted annual membership include?
The annual discounted membership includes instant access to 744 interactive ESL lessons across 8 levels of proficiency. Your core curriculum access will commence on the day of signing up and run for 12 calendar months from the date of joining.
Core Curriculum Materials:

• Phonics Level One (pre-A1 materials) – 74 lessons
• Kids Curriculum, Levels 2-5 (pre-A1 – A2 materials) – 384 lessons
• Advanced Curriculum, Levels 6-8 (B1 – B2 on CEFR) – 288 lessons

🤔 Will I be able to join an annual membership after the Black Friday promotion?
Yes, you can! If you’d like to join an annual membership to any of our materials after the Black Friday promo, send us an email, and we’ll help you get in action! Our usual discounted price of an annual core curriculum membership will go back up to $299.99 from midnight on Sunday, 26 November. You can view our individual monthly membership options below.

🤔 If I sign up for the discounted annual membership, how will this affect my current active membership(s)?
If you’re an existing member with an active membership (or memberships!), we’ll add the pre-paid credits from your individual memberships to your annual pass. Your standalone Crystal Clear memberships will be paused during the 12-month period and will be reactivated after your annual membership has expired. If you’re still unsure how the annual membership promo will affect you, please don’t hesitate to send us a message.

🤔 What happens if I wish to cancel my annual membership?
You have two weeks from the date of purchase to request a full refund of your annual pass, as is typical of annual digital memberships and noted within our site Terms and Conditions. Please request your refund by email: info@esl-curriculum and allow up to 10 business days for the refund to clear to your bank. You will be charged in full for the year at checkout, and no further refunds will be offered after the initial two-week period.

🤔 Will my annual membership auto-renew?
Your annual membership will not auto-renew after the twelve-month period, but if you want to continue to access the core curriculum materials, you can rejoin an annual core curriculum membership at the usual price of $299.99 or join one of our standalone memberships.
